you can Enable It

HR's job is bigger than adoption. It is stewardship: which tools, who builds, where judgment stays human, and how skills are kept as agents take over tasks. As your organization goes through this workplace transformation and redefines how work gets done, how do you support your employees and make sure the organization gets it right?

  • Give every employee a safe, useful starting point.
  • From single-player, early-adopter hackathons to multiplayer, collaborative process design, with secure, robust deliverables.
  • Support senior leaders to develop a vision and lead it.

What we offer

Three offerings, three different problems.

Senior leader coaching

Develop a vision, then lead it.

Best for senior leaders who need a point of view on how work is changing in their function, and a strategy to act on it.

Private 1:1 coaching that goes beyond which AI tool to use. We help senior leaders understand how work is transforming, and give them frameworks and tools to turn that into a strategy and execute it.

  • Understand how work is changing in their function and across the business.
  • Assess where AI changes the work, the roles, and the skills, with frameworks they can reuse.
  • Build a strategy, then execute it with support.

Enablement partnership

Build the enablement strategy together.

Best for HR leaders who want to step back and build a strategy for bringing the whole organization along.

We step back with you and build an enablement strategy for your organization, then help you put it to work.

  • Start by stepping back: where work is changing, who needs what, and what good looks like.
  • Build the plan together, with IT and Legal at the table.
  • Put it to work with what fits: on-demand programs for every employee, BuildShops with teams across the business, or both.

Talent management consulting

AI changes the people systems, too.

Best for People leaders whose hiring, role design, competencies, and performance processes have not caught up with AI-era work.

How you hire, how roles are scoped, which competencies matter, and how performance is measured all shift when AI is part of the work. We help you update the systems so they keep up.

  • Hire for an AI-fluent workforce.
  • Rescope roles as AI takes on tasks.
  • Update the competencies and skills you hire and promote for.
  • Update the performance processes.

Outcomes

What a ready organization looks like

  • Every employee knows what is allowed, what is encouraged, and where to start.
  • Roles rescoped around the new work, with freed capacity reinvested where people make the difference.
  • A visible path from curious to capable to builder.
  • Managers who can coach AI use, not just police it.
  • Leaders who set the vision and lead the change in their own functions.
  • Fewer surprises for Legal, Security, and IT.

FAQ

Questions about Enable It

Isn't AI enablement IT's job?

IT owns the tools and the controls. HR owns how people learn, how work changes, and how performance and careers adapt. Enablement fails when either side tries to do it alone, which is why Enable It is built for HR to lead in partnership with IT.

Where should we start?

Usually with a strategy call and a short readiness check: where your team stands on fluency, building, and enabling, who the super-users are, where the risk is, and what the first 90 days should look like.

Which future of HR should we be planning for?

Probably more than one. Wowledge's analysis of the published forecasts maps them on two questions, how autonomous AI becomes and how large the HR footprint stays, and finds four different futures. In our view every one of them depends on the same readiness: a People team that is fluent on its own tools, able to build, and able to enable the business. Get that right and you can move toward whichever future arrives. Our guide to the four futures of HR summarizes Wowledge's map and covers what the futures share and how to hedge.

How do we show this is working?

With a baseline taken before anything launches and a small set of measures agreed with Finance: active adoption, hours returned per workflow, quality and speed on the workflows you chose, risk reduced, and capability built. We report monthly, and your People Analytics team can own the numbers after the engagement.

What about policy and risk?

Enablement and governance go together. Fluency programs teach the lines that don't move: decisions about people, sensitive data, and disclosure. We work with your Legal and Security partners rather than around them.
