How this site was made
Built with AI, on purpose.
We help People teams work well with AI, so it would be odd to hide how we use it. This site was made the way we hope your teams will work: a person setting the direction and making the calls, and AI doing a great deal of the drafting, building, and checking.
How it came together
The thinking. Jeremy uses custom-built AI agents to stay on top of the trends, gather insights, and follow how the sharpest people in the People space are answering the hardest questions. He brings that together with twenty years in talent development and coaching into a point of view, and that point of view is what this site carries. Then he sketched every page.
The conversations. None of it was worked out alone. The ideas here were tested in conversations with CHROs and in the Talent Collective's weekly meetups, where People leaders work through these questions together. Building this site was a multiplayer game, the same way we think AI adoption should be.
The building. Claude, an AI model from Anthropic working in Claude Code, drafted the copy and the code, proposed three visual directions to choose from, built the pages, the readiness check, and the roadmap deck, and ran the quality checks.
The judgment. Jeremy edited and reviewed every draft. The site went through more than twenty rounds of drafts and reviews before anything went live.
That is the practice we teach: fluent use, real building, and judgment that stays human.
