you can Learn It

Fluency is the first layer of readiness, and where the adoption gap starts to close. Want your team to master the fundamentals, become AI fluent, and share a common language and tool set? We'll get there together: hands-on, designed for each role, and built on your real work.

  • Classes designed around your tools, for a range of skill sets.
  • Comfortable, interactive, and custom for you.
  • Learn together, wherever your team is: in the room, remote, or inside your LMS.

What we offer

Role-specific training

Designed for your team, role by role.

Best for a team that needs everyone using AI well in their own role, with a shared language for it.

We design the training with you, personalized for each person on your team by their role and how they need to use AI. It is built around your tools, your philosophy, and what you need your team to know. It goes beyond AI fluency 101 and the basics of an online course, and it builds a shared language across the team.

  • Invite us to your next offsite or team event.
  • Engage us for a class series, with real work between sessions.
  • Add a module your team can take on demand, in your LMS or ours.

What a ready team looks like

  • A shared vocabulary for AI across the People team.
  • Confidence with the tools you already pay for.
  • The habits that avoid AI slop: brief well, verify, then decide.
  • Clear lines on where AI assists and where humans decide.
  • A first project per person, started, not just planned.

FAQ

Questions about Learn It

Do we need to be technical?

No. These classes are built for HR professionals, not engineers. If your team can write a clear email, they can learn to brief an AI tool well. We start with the fundamentals and build from there.

Which AI tools do you teach on?

The ones you already have. That is usually Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, plus the AI features inside your HRIS, ATS, and LMS. Classes are built around your tool set so the skills transfer on Monday morning.

Can the on-demand content live in our LMS?

Yes. On-demand modules can be delivered inside your LMS or through our platform, branded for your organization. See the AI Fluency demo for the course structure.

How big can a class be?

Workshops work well from 6 to 30 people. Class series are best with 8 to 20 so everyone gets hands-on time. On-demand content scales to the whole team.

How quickly will we see a difference?

Most teams notice it in the first session: people stop treating AI as a search box and start briefing it like a capable colleague. Over a class series, the change shows up in the work itself: faster drafts, better questions, and fewer mistakes making it out the door.
